Fiona Stanley Hospital’s (FSH) Specialist Rehabilitation Services Spinal Unit has installed a magnificent piece of artwork, Gascoyne Junction, by local artist Jennifer Hopewell.

Nurse Unit Manager Anne Watts said the work held significant sentimental value for the spinal staff and their department.

“It was donated to the Spinal Unit at Shenton Park by a former patient in 2001 who felt strongly about the dedication of the nurses on the unit and thought the staff were terrific,” she said.

“This painting has always been greatly admired and will brighten up the ward and day of those who pass by.”
