COVID-19 update – 3 November 2020

The Department of Health has reported no new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight.

The State’s positive COVID-19 case total stands at 770. To date 738 people have recovered from the virus.

WA Health is monitoring 23 active cases in hotel quarantine. Four of these are off the AL Messilah livestock carrier which remains berthed at Fremantle Port.

The AL Messilah and the Key Integrity are scheduled to clear quarantine on 5 November.

Yesterday 660 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 645 were assessed and 644 swabbed.

There have been 495,932 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 83,479 were from regional WA.
