COVID-19 update – 2 September 2020

The Department of Health has reported no new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight.

The State’s total stands at 655.

WA has five active COVID-19 cases – two Western Australians and three from interstate.

To date, 641 confirmed cases have recovered from the virus in WA.

Yesterday 928 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 896 were assessed and 890 were swabbed.

There have been 352,483 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 60,523 were from regional WA.
