The Sustainable Health Review (SHR) Outcome Measures Project (OMP) is responsible for selecting and reporting outcome measures that can be used to evaluate the impact of the SHR program on the WA health system over the next 2 to 10 years.
10 fast-track outcome measures were identified as being suitable for reporting.
