Management of Accrued Leave Policy

Description: The Management of Accrued Leave Policy has been developed in response to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Public Sector Labour Relations Policy Statement - Management of Accrued Leave in the Public Sector (DMIRS Policy Statement). The Management of Accrued Leave Policy provides detail and direction to Health Service Providers to implement leave management strategies to reduce excess accrued leave, improve employee wellbeing and productivity and reduce leave liability in compliance the DMIRS Policy Statement and relevant industrial instruments.
