Feedback, compliments and complaints
We welcome all feedback, compliments and complaints and all are taken seriously. You can give feedback over the phone, in writing, in an email, via the hospital’s website or in person. In the first instance you can talk with the staff involved or to a senior staff member. More information on how to share your feedback with us is available on our Compliments and Complaints page.
A fact sheet about the complaint process and a feedback form are available from our Customer Liaison Service and staff can print a copy from most locations in the hospital.
